Do you think you are experiencing burnout? Why?

I experience burnout every time I receive customer feedback or when discussing work details with customers. Misunderstandings in resolving tasks make me feel incompetent, leading me to question if I am not good at this job or if I should consider a different career.
I have been experiencing burnout lately because I feel like I am doing tasks that are not attractive, not enjoyable, and lack meaning. Even though I believe I am capable of doing something more than this,
I am experiencing burnout, feeling bored with things I used to do, and having no energy or desire to do anything.
I experience burnout occasionally but not frequently. However, whenever I have to do the same work repeatedly every day, I tend to lose my energy and motivation, and I don’t want to do it anymore.
No
I don’t know if it’s burnout, but I feel highly bored with many things. I don’t know how long I must keep doing what I’m doing. I don’t know where to go from here. It feels like just going through the motions, hoping that the future will get better.
I used to have burnout, but it’s fading away. However, it hasn’t completely disappeared.

For you, what do you think would help increase awareness about burnout?

Working with customers who understand the work.
Finish work and get proper rest; do not be overloaded with tasks.
Receive compensation that is suitable for the work.
I appreciate art in my free time.
Understanding one’s feelings expresses what is inside the heart, whether through speaking, writing, or any means, allowing these emotional pieces to be grasped and explored.
Understanding oneself involves changing the environment at times.
You need to rest your mind, clear your thoughts, and engage in activities you enjoy (for example, binge-watching a series). During this time, don’t worry about work. When you return to work, you’ll feel better because you’ve had a fulfilling break.
Taking breaks from work, meditation, talking to a therapist, engaging in art activities, and travelling
Do what you love without racing against time, without competing with anyone, and without worrying about anything.
Knowing one’s actual needs.
